TechWiseDesk ("we", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement notifications and takedown requests.
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. We may remove or disable access to material that is determined to be infringing, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on techwisedesk.com infringes upon your copyright, please send us a written notification containing substantially the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
3. What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material, if applicable
- Forward the notice to the affected user so they may file a counter-notification
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, to jurisdiction where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notification

5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we adopt and reasonably implement a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
