I am a technology professional who has worked in IT since 2015. My background is in hands-on IT support and systems troubleshooting, where I helped hundreds of users recover lost data, open unfamiliar file formats, and fix everyday computing problems.

That experience is the foundation of everything I publish on TechWiseDesk. I write guides only after testing the steps myself on real devices, and I verify technical claims against official documentation from the companies that make the software.

Outside of writing, I enjoy photography, which is why I understand RAW and HEIC workflows particularly well, and I build small automation projects to keep my skills current.
